We offer three class types: Strong, Hybrid, and Energy. We help you pick your class type to support your own goals
Class programs vary daily in a 15 week week programme including:
Strength weeks: programming is heavier
Power weeks: movements are more explosive
Metabolic Conditioning weeks: programming is focused around shorter and sharper circuits
Endurance weeks: expect slower and longer workouts
Every 15 weeks, we run a benchmark and a testing week, to track your progress. Unlike other gyms, we don't believe we need to offer challenges constantly. We back our programme to get you results.
Our schedule is based on classes.

First class starts around 5:00 to 5:10am depending on your location.
Depending on your location we run early classes, late morning classes and then afternoon classes during the week.
There are 2 classes on a Saturday. Saturday classes are Community classes. Bring a friend to train!

STRONG runs alongside HYBRID on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
STRONG is about building all-round stronger bodies. It doesn't matter what life throws eat you, this program will ensure you can take on any challenge, with a smile on your face. Utilising large, whole body movements and compound lifts at progressive loads, new help build a stronger, fitter, more explosive version of you.
STRONG - UPPER (Friday) - Unleash upper body dominance.
Structured training - compound and isolation movements, forging strength to craft a robust, jacked physique to conquer challenges and make a bold statement.
STRONG - LOWER (Friday) - Experience strength from the ground up. Run alongside STRONG UPPER, we use structured training, compound movements and focus on building a foundation for power, strength and performance.
Hybrid sessions run alongside STRONG on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

ENERGY brings the heat, whether you are training on your own on Tuesdays, with your best friend on Thursdays or your team on Saturdays.
